Clinical Supervision
Reflective, Integrative Clinical Supervision
For counsellors, psychotherapists, and psychologists seeking supervision grounded in depth, not just compliance. Telehealth available Australia-wide.
Supervision Approach
My approach to supervision is integrative and reflective. I believe that good supervision does more than ensure compliance and manage risk -- it develops the practitioner as a thinker, a clinician, and a person doing inherently demanding work.
I draw on attachment theory, schema therapy, polyvagal theory, Jungian depth psychology, and contemporary neuroscience. I attend to the parallel process between the therapeutic relationship and the supervisory relationship, and I take seriously the practitioner's own emotional and developmental experience in the work.
I have particular expertise supervising clinicians working with neurodivergent clients, complex trauma presentations, family violence, and personality difficulties. I also supervise practitioners navigating the challenges of private practice, community health settings, and organisational clinical roles.
