Therapy & Counselling
Thoughtful, Integrative Therapy for Complex Lives
Individual therapy for adults and young people navigating neurodiversity, trauma, identity, and relational difficulty. In-person in Perth or via telehealth anywhere in Australia.
My Approach
Therapy that honours both the evidence and the experience.
I work integratively, drawing on attachment theory, schema therapy, polyvagal theory, Jungian depth psychology, and contemporary neuroscience. This means therapy is not limited to a single model or protocol -- it is shaped by your particular needs, history, and way of being in the world.
I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults whose experiences have been pathologised rather than understood, and with people carrying the weight of complex trauma or difficult family systems.
Lasting change requires more than symptom management. It requires an honest encounter with the patterns, wounds, and defences that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Areas of Focus
I work with a range of concerns, with particular depth in the following areas.
ADHD & Executive Function
Adults and young people navigating ADHD, executive function difficulties, rejection sensitivity, and the emotional dimensions of neurodevelopmental difference.
Autism & Late Diagnosis
Neurodiversity-affirming support for adults exploring or adjusting to an autism diagnosis. Unmasking, identity, sensory processing, and social fatigue.
Complex Trauma & CPTSD
Therapeutic work with developmental trauma, relational abuse, dissociation, and the long-term effects of childhood neglect and invalidation.
Anxiety & Depression
Evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches to anxiety, depression, burnout, and the comorbid presentations common in neurodivergent and trauma-affected adults.
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery
Support for adults recovering from narcissistic parents, partners, or family systems. Rebuilding identity, trust, and relational capacity.
Relationship & Family Difficulties
Individual therapy for people navigating high-conflict relationships, co-parenting challenges, separation, and family-of-origin wounds.
